I had a vision

Katie and I started hobby farming in October 2019, going commercial in 2021.

Having lived and worked in Italy and North America, I discovered a passion for exceptional food and cooking.

 Katie says I have obsessive tendencies - when I do something, it has to be perfect. Whether it's a fence line, pig house, or pie.

 Coming home from market one Saturday, I announced: "I want to make the very best pork pie."

 Katie just thought, "Oh no, Mark's locked away for weeks!"

We brought in the best people - our master butcher and flavour expert. We nearly had perfection, until I suggested adding... well, I can't say (top secret!).

 Everyone agreed after the test run - we'd achieved absolute perfection.
